This Privacy Policy explains how SHARP Power and Performance ("SHARP", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website at sharppowerandperformance.com and our mobile application SHARP Power (together, "the Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated as you use the Services.

Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Order information: meal plan selections, dietary requirements, delivery address, contact phone number, and payment confirmation details (we do not store credit card numbers — payment is via direct bank transfer).

Health and fitness data (app only, entirely optional):

• Body weight measurements and progress photos you choose to log
• Workout logs including exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Macro and calorie targets you set
• RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) ratings you record
• Bar path tracking data from the camera (processed on-device; video is not uploaded unless you explicitly save it)
• Soreness logs and weekly check-in responses
• Habit tracking entries

Communications: messages you send to your coach through the in-app messaging feature.

Usage data: app feature usage, session timestamps, and crash/error reports (via Sentry and Firebase Analytics) to help us improve the app. This data is anonymised and aggregated.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your meal prep orders
• To provide personalised coaching and training programs
• To track your fitness progress over time and provide insights
• To communicate with you about your orders, programs, and appointments
• To improve the Services and fix bugs
• To send you occasional updates about new meals, programs, or promotions (you can opt out at any time)

4. Camera and Photos

The SHARP Power app requests access to your camera and photo library for the following purposes:

• Bar path tracker: the camera is used to record your lifts and analyse bar movement. Video processing happens on your device. Videos are only stored if you explicitly choose to save them.
• Progress photos: photos you take or select are uploaded to your private account and are only visible to you and your coach (Tim).

We do not use your camera or photos for any purpose other than what you explicitly initiate within the app.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the ap-southeast-2 region — Sydney, Australia). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to you and, where relevant to your coaching, to Timothy Sharp.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send order confirmations and invoices
• Sentry — crash reporting and error tracking (anonymised)
• Firebase / Google Analytics — anonymised app usage analytics
• Expo / EAS — app build and update delivery infrastructure

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
