This Privacy Policy explains how SHARP Power and Performance ("SHARP", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website at sharppowerandperformance.com and our mobile application SHARP Power (together, "the Services"). Order information: meal plan selections, dietary requirements, delivery address, contact phone number, and payment confirmation details (we do not store credit card numbers — payment is via direct bank transfer).

Health and fitness data (app only, entirely optional):

Communications: messages you send to your coach through the in-app messaging feature.

Usage data: app feature usage, session timestamps, and crash/error reports (via Sentry and Firebase Analytics) to help us improve the app. This data is anonymised and aggregated.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the ap-southeast-2 region — Sydney, Australia). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to you and, where relevant to your coaching, to Timothy Sharp.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
